Another membership year is about end. What a year! Fantastic weather for a lot of the summer months and now freezing but amazingly still flyable.
It would be remiss of me if I did not pass on my regrets at Alan Butterworth’s health problems which have led to him giving up being our Treasurer and also leaving the committee. Thank you, Alan, for the fantastic job you did as Treasurer. And also a big thanks to Martin Delaney who volunteered to take on the job from Alan. On a similar note David Bintcliffe has had to resign from the committee as he also has a health problem and again thanks for his sterling work.
Let’s hope for another great flying year. Seasons greetings to all.
